DO I NEED A RENTER'S INSURANCE POLICY?  YES.

The lease requires that EACH tenant maintain a renters insurance policy during the entire lease term.  The policy must have a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage, everything else is up to you.  The dates must match your check in/end of lease dates and a copy of the policy declarations page must be submitted to Management upon check-in or no keys will be issued.
