Parking Permit

To apply for a parking permit follow

these 3 steps:

1) Click on the tenant parking only logo, download the form and complete

2) Take a picture of your vehicle

3) Email both to trahanmaint@aol.com

Parking is for small vehicles, (No suv's, trucks)

Parking is considered a privelage.  We are not responsible for damage to vehicles within out lots, including but not limited to falling ice.

We can revoke vehicles or close our lots at any time.

We plow our lots if we receive 6 inches of fresh snow or more. You will be emailed the night before to have your vechile removed from the lot between 5am to 12noon.

Any vehicle in the lot will be towed at owners expense.

If a vehicle is blocking the lot from being plowed, it is our right to have the lot snow blowed and billed to the vehicle that is left in the lot.
